Thank you for choosing Walk with Ece.
These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-organised experience for all guests. By booking a guided walk or private experience, you agree to the following terms.
- Bookings & Payment
Booking your walk with Walk with Ece is simple.
To secure your place on a guided walk or private experience, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send you a written booking confirmation by email.
The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 14 days before your scheduled walk.
For bookings made within 14 days of the experience, full payment is required at the time of booking.
If the final balance is not received by the due date, Walk with Ece reserves the right to cancel the booking and release your place to other guests.
- Payment Methods
We currently accept payment by:
- Credit Card
- Bank Transfer
Payment instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
Any bank transfer fees or transaction charges applied by your financial institution are the responsibility of the guest.
- Changes to Your Booking
We understand that travel plans sometimes change.
If you need to change the date of your walk, please contact us as soon as possible.
Subject to availability, we will do our best to transfer your booking to another available date.
While we cannot guarantee availability, we will always try to find a suitable solution.
- Cancellations by Guests
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing by email as soon as possible.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
| Cancellation Notice | Refund |
| More than 30 days before the walk | Refund of all payments excluding the 30% deposit |
| 14–30 days before the walk | 50% refund of the total booking price |
| Less than 14 days before the walk | No refund |
If we are able to fill your place with another guest, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or transfer your booking to another available date.
- Cancellations by Walk with Ece
Your safety is our highest priority.
If we need to cancel or significantly modify a walk due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including severe weather, wildfire risk, natural disasters, trail closures, government restrictions, or other safety concerns — you will be offered the choice of:
- Rescheduling your walk to another available date, or
- Receiving a full refund of any payments already made.
Walk with Ece is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by guests, including flights, accommodation, travel insurance, visas, transportation, or other travel-related costs.
